Supporting Collaborative Practice Education Across BC
UBC Health helps support and strengthen practice education across all health and human service programs. We’re committed to fostering a culture of collaboration that ensures students across BC have access to high-quality, team-based learning experiences in real-world settings.
By working closely with programs and clinicians throughout the province, we help build capacity for collaborative practice and support the development, delivery, and evaluation of interprofessional learning opportunities. We also bring programs together to address shared challenges in practice education, exchange best practices, and explore new ways to integrate interprofessional learning across disciplines.
Practice Education Network
The Practice Education Network (PEN) is a space for UBC faculty, staff, and administrators involved in practice education to connect, share ideas, and discuss challenges and innovations. PEN helps strengthen and shape the future of practice education at UBC by bringing the community together to exchange experiences and explore new approaches.
