UBC Health is set to host a dialogue-based event in the new year on BC healthcare silos and collaboration. The virtual event, Weaving the Threads: Bridging Silos, Building Impact, will bring together people from diverse perspectives to discuss how we can better bridge healthcare silos across roles, teams, organizations, and regions to heighten the impact of our collective efforts to improve BC’s health system.

The event builds on the 2023 Breathe and Weave health summit and feedback from participants about emerging top-priority themes. The event reflects UBC Health’s commitment to facilitating further discussion around prevalent themes to develop more shared understanding and collaborative action in this context.

Weaving the Threads will be held on January 25, 2024 and is open to anyone interested in health silos and collaboration in BC. For more information, view the invitation.
