UBC Health supports health programs at the university to advance interprofessional and collaborative practice by hosting the Interprofessional Health Education Hub, a platform for health programs to share information about interprofessional and collaborative health enrichment learning activities available to students at UBC.

These activities help build capacity for learning that prepares students for interprofessional practice. They offer students the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to work interprofessionally as well as the opportunity to learn about patient and community perspectives.

UBC faculty who are hosting an interprofessional learning activity may submit their activity for inclusion on the Hub. For activities occurring September to December 2023, the deadline to submit an activity is August 15, 2023.

For activities that will occur from January to April 2024, activity submissions will open on October 17, 2023 and close December 1, 2023.

UBC students are eligible to host an interprofessional activity if they have a UBC faculty sponsor.
