REMINDER FORUM INVITATION: ACADEMIC ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE PLACEMENT SETTING – 9AM-12PM FEBRUARY 19, 2019 (CBH 101 LT)

The Forum is part of a UBC Health initiative to identify current and best practices related to student accommodations within the practice/clinical setting. Roslyn Goldner, LLP  has been invited by UBC Centre for Accessibility to consult with UBC Health about student accommodations in the placement setting (e.g., program obligations, reasonable accommodations and technical standards statements).

ADDITIONAL COURSE DEVELOPING TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR UBC PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS  - FEBRUARY 25-MARCH 22, 2019 (ONLINE)

This course will prepare faculty to go through an interactive process, facilitated by expertise from course instructor Dr. Jane Jarrow and the UBC Centre for Accessibility, to create or reshape technical standards for their programs.
