Where is my certificate of completion for a specific module?

You will be able to recieve a certificate of completion after you complete the module.

How do I complete a module?

You will need to achieve a required score in that module. This means you must fulfill three requirements:

  • Thoroughly complete the module and the reflection/question prompts (if any);
  • Take the time to watch/learn the specific module goals and outcomes; and
  • If applicable, be able to meet the requirements listed in the required checklist after completing the module.

    I have completed module x, but can't proceed to module y

    There are two possible reasons why you cannot proceed:

    1. You have not viewed each an every slide of the module. If you have skipped slides, or dragged the seek-bar to go through the module more quickly, you will NOT receive a completion indication that will allow you to proceed to the next module.
    2. At the moment, module completion can only be tracked using a laptop or desktop browser.  If you viewed the module on a mobile device, such as your phone, iPad, Android Tablet or other mobile devices, you will not receive a completion indication that will allow you to proceed to the next module.
    I haven't gotten my confirmation email yet?

    Please check your inbox, junk, and spam folder. Occasionally, emails may be mistakenly placed in spam by your email provider.
